Delete your account

You can delete your JoinBeUs account and its data at any time, directly from the app.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to the JoinBeUs app.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Edit Profile.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account immediately removes your learning progress, app settings, and profile photo, and permanently deactivates the account so it can no longer be used. To have all remaining data — such as practice recordings and account details — completely erased, email us using the address below. Payment and invoice records may be retained where the law requires it. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed outside the app — cancel it with the payment provider you used.

Can't access the app?

Email us at privacy@joinbeus.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We respond within 30 days. You can also request deletion of specific data only — for example your practice recordings — without deleting your account.
